Shipping and handling
STANDARD SHIPPING: Up to 5lbs shipping is free. If it's over, we will contact you to approve additional charges before it is released. Your orders will be shipped from Miami, Fl within 24 hours, Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays) and will arrive within 3-7 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you need your package shipped using an express method, place your order with standard shipping and leave us a special note in the check-out phase and we will contact you promptly to inform you of the additional shipping fee and earliest delivery date. We use UPS and Fed EX as our express carriers.
